Following your online booking and payment we will send you an automatic email of confirmation. With this email your e-tickets are attached, please print all of your e-tickets and bring them with you on your day of arrival. They will grant you access to the site, not the confirmation email. No other paperwork will be sent to you prior to your arrival on site. Your Vat receipt is included in your confirmation email.
Should on arrival any part of your booking in form be found to be falsified information such as your caravan berth or the ages of your party the management categorically reserves the right to nullify this agreement you will be denied entry and escorted off premises
We do not allow towing vehicles over 3.5 tonne, we will also refuse entry to large or Continental caravans that we deem unsuitable (Hobby/LMC, Tabbart, Roma, Wieppert etc) horse boxes, horse trailers, box trailers. Horse driven carts or carriages! We do not allow animals specifically horses cattle sheep cows chickens or dogs. Any infringement of this nature management categorically reserves the right to nullify this agreement you will be denied entry and escorted off premises.
We strongly recommend that all your party is given their own relevant eticket. They will not be granted access without this. Each eticket is unique and cannot be copied.
ID may be requested on arrival when seeking to obtain an over 18 wristband.
We highly recommend you take out holiday insurance.
£280.00 - is the minimum caravan charge and covers any five consecutive nights.
£20.00 CHARGE FOR AWNING.
£220.00 is the minimum 1 to 4 berth tent charge and covers any five consecutive nights.
£280.00 is the minimum 5 to 6 berth tent charge and covers any five consecutive nights.
£380.00 is the minimum 7 to 8 berth tent charge and covers any five consecutive nights.
After listening to feed back the Penmaenau Family have decided not to accommodate/allow 7-8 man tents in the Family Area.
However we will accommodate 7-8 man tents in the Young Adult Area, please refer to the criteria to enable you to stay in this area.
We will not accept bookings for any tents above 8 berth, please note 1 tent per pitch.
Should your tent, when erected, appear to be significantly larger than the berth capacity stated on your booking in form would imply, and exceed the boundaries of your allocated pitch, it may incur additional charges and may be moved from the allocated area you were first placed in.
There will be a charge of £20.00 per night for any additional nights that a caravan or tent is on site whether occupied or not.
ABOVE CHARGES ARE INCLUSIVE OF FREE ENTERTAINMENT, FREE WIFI, FREE ELECTRIC POINTS FOR PHONE CHARGING AND HAIR DRYING - SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY
Terms of payment: cash on arrival, £45.00 per additional car for duration of show. Please download the form from our website, and complete. Do not forward to us or send any payment, this form will grant you access to our site during office hours. Please ensure that you have your E-Ticket for the party you are joining. We cannot guarantee acceptance of additional cars. We do not allow or accept swapping of any vehicle passes. If you have a vehicle just delivering your caravan/tent that will only be on site for 2 hours whilst positioning your caravan...etc. It will not be allowed to return to the site until after 5pm on the Thursday to collect the caravan/tent. There will be no charge for this. We do not recommend arriving by car to drop off during peak hours due to limited space for vehicles within our camping grounds.
PLEASE OBSERVE OFFICE HOURS
When planning your journey allow for delays. Security will check vehicles on gates and deny entry outside of office hours to anyone who does not present the correct car passes and relevant bracelets together.
These hours must be adhered to. The office will not operate outside of hours stated WHICH MEANS THERE WILL BE NO ADMITTANCE TO THE SITE OUTSIDE OF THESE HOURS.

Thursday 18th: 9am to 7pm
Friday 19th: 9am to 8pm
Saturday 20th: 8am to 9pm
Sunday 21st: 8am to 9pm
Monday 22nd: 8am to 9pm
Tuesday 23rd: 8am to 9pm
Wednesday 24th: 8am to 9pm
Thursday 25th: 8am to 4pm
If there is an emergency outside of office hours then please contact Security at exterior gates or staff at main entertainment venue. The office is manned 24 hours a day From Saturday 20th until Thursday 25th when the office closes at 4pm.
